I ordered 8 chicks and 4 died within 3 days. I had a heat lamp, food, and water. I also cleaned them and refreshed their water daily. We had to buy 4 local chicks to replace the 4 that died and all 4 that were bought locally survived. I wouldn’t order from them again because shipping is too much on the chicks.
