The experience with replacing the heater was great. I had a bad experience ordering chicks. Wish they would have warned me of potential phone calls or that they would have there number listed so I didn't think it was spam. Trouble filling order or not being able to ship should trigger an auto response and refund. At least a credit. I was trying to coordinate a second order but got no response. Then after waiting placed my 2nd order out of pocket. The next day was informed there was a shortage for one of my breeds. Rather than wait weeks to be told that you couldn't ship my order again I just canceled. Eventually was given a refund but had to pay interest on the first order for over a month with nothing to show for it. I would absolutely discourage anyone from using your service. I know under normal circumstances it would have been different but that doesn't help me who could have ordered locally back in February and might have got a flock this year
