I became an instant fan when I tasted the Wimbledon Spritz at the Good Food and Wine Show in 2022. It so reminds me of a Pimms to enjoy on a hot summer's day. Since then I have tried most flavours in the mixed cocktail range with Cosmo and Margarita amongst my favourites. I especially enjoy the non-alcoholic spirits too - Italian Aperitivo mixed with Finger Lime and Soda and Spiced Caribbean mixed with Lime and Dry. When I first served the non-alcoholic spirits to friends no-one even guessed they weren't drinking alcohol.
