While I loved the quality of their products I received, as a company they need to work on their slow shipping service. I ordered a few essential oils and the arrived in 2 weeks! This was very annoying and not acceptable when they promise to deliver the order within 7-8 working days. When I asked them about the status of my order they confirmed that they have dispatched it and it is in transit, but I received it after almost 12 days. I kept on tracking my order for all these days and it was stuck in customs clearance in Istanbul. Do all the orders to Turkey take this long to ship?? First-time customer, a bit disappointed with shipping.
