I love their products and have been ordering from them for the past few months at my US address. I faced no issues in the shipping process for these orders. However, my latest order with them to be delivered to my address here in Thung Samo, Thailand is taking longer than expected. When I asked them about the status of my order they confirmed that they have dispatched it and it is in transit. As per the latest FedEx update, the shipment has cleared the Thai customs and shall be delivered to me in the next 2 working days. Lets hope for the best.
