Hello, I've received your oils, and so far, I'm pleased with them! I really appreciated the ease of the ordering process, the availability of all the certificates and testing reports and the fact that what I received is of great quality. However, one minor challenge is with the bottle caps. Although I typically don't encounter much difficulty with such caps, yours proved to be quite challenging to open. Also, I would suggest considering other carriers besides FedEx. In conclusion, the oils are great, and I'm overall satisfied with the products! :)
