Their delivery men contacted me in advance to let me know that they were on their way. They delivered my washer/dryer carefully in to my flat. After unpacking it, they efficiently and quickly connected it to both the water supply and waste pipe without any leaks. Both delivery men were polite and respectful. They also complied with all current COVID guidance. Extremely happy with NE Appliances. Will certainly use again.
