They really came through for us when we needed it. Couldn't find a fridge/freezer anywhere when ours stopped working in the middle of the hottest week of the year! All the major retailers could only provide delivery and installation in 3-4 weeks time. NE Appliances provided delivery and installation within 2 working days, the guys who came to install were courteous and efficient. Fantastic all around, would definitely recommend.
