In a word, brilliant. 5 stars. Sam helped us choose a new cooker and dishwasher. She was knowledgeable and efficient, and after answering all our questions, gave us lots of time and space on the shop floor to discuss options between ourselves. We felt very comfortable, and not at all pressured - consequently, we were confident to make an order. There was some small confusion, meaning the wrong appliance was delivered. But Sam sorted it out so well and efficiently, with good grace and a sense of humour. Much appreciated. Delivery and installation team were also great. Friendly, professional, good value. I wouldn't go anywhere else for appliances now!
