Easy online purchase with very helpful support from the ladies on the helpdesk. The two chaps delivered the cooker at the specified time and called beforehand so I knew they were on their way. They carried the cooker up a very steep street and through the house to avoid damaging the floor. They installed the cooker and took me through how to turn it on etc. Very positive experience overall and I would both use NE Appliances again and would recommend it to others.
