Ordering was easy, and Ophelia in Customer Services was initially helpful about modifying my first-chosen delivery date. HOWEVER what ensued was chaotic. I got a voicemail to say the fridge would arrive in the morning (I'd explicitly asked for that not to happen) ... and it didn't, though Customer Services claimed delivery had been attempted, 'when I was out' ... whereas I hadn't been out, and no such attempt had been made. Then I waited in until 5.15 pm, which was after the delivery 'window' I'd negotiated with Ophelia ... still no fridge. I left two voicemails with NE (phones unmanned, even though they don't close until 5.30). Finally the fridge arrived about 7.45 pm, delivered by the cheerful Billy. He gave me advice about setting up the fridge, which was at odds with the manufacturer's instructions ... and about how to get the worktop off, which proved inapplicable to the particular appliance. All in all, then, a pretty frustrating experience.
