When I phoned to order one I had chosen earlier, the lady I spoke with on the phone gave good advice, saying the cooker I had wanted had at least a four week wait, but would be more like eight weeks and as Christmas was approaching, with everything in short supply, I needed a cooker. So she told me of an alternative, I checked this out online and felt it was a good substitute. I phoned back and ordered it, and was given a fitting day a few days later, in the same week, which was brilliant. Also, I had requested a paper copy of the invoice and that arrived very soon afterwards. The men came on the day intended, took my old cooker away and fitted the new one in no time at all. They were also very cheerful and accommodating, even saying they would try to get me a part that was found to be missing, which meant I could not use the grill or top oven until I had this part. They returned the next day in the late afternoon with a part they had sourced for me and they fitted that too. Brilliant service, I would recommend them again.
