I ordered a cooker from NE on 15th November. I could have gotten it elsewhere for the same price but chose NE as their website said it was in stock. It wasn't. I received a phone call that day to say there was a lead time of 1 week on the cooker. That was actually OK as I wasn't moving into my new house until 4th December. A week went by and I phoned for an update. Someone said they would phone the manufacturer and phone me back. They didn't. I rang again the next day and again the person I spoke to said they would phone me back and didn't. I rang for the third day in a row and was told that the cooker would be delivered to them on the 3rd and they would get it out to me asap as the new house had no cooker. I phoned on the 3rd and asked for an update. They were still expecting the cooker that day but couldn't deliver to me until the 9th. I explained my situation and the man I spoke to said he would speak to his logistics manager and call me back. He didn't. I phoned again on the 6th to confirm they had actually received it on the 3rd and they had. The delivery date was still set at the 9th though. Then I gave up and just waited for it to arrive. The cooker itself seems ok so far but I haven't really tested it fully yet. The experience with NE wasn't great though and I would probably not use them again.
