We ordered a new fidge a few weeks ago and was given an arrival date at the end of March. In fact, it was delivered third week of February. The staff at the end of the phone were excellent, gave all the required details and were friendly but professional. The delivery team were also excellent. Very effificent, gave instruction and advice as needed and were quickly off to their next job. Well done NE and thank you. Paul Brandon
