Telephoned NE to check the delivery time and arrangements for the fridge and freezer I wanted. A very helpful lady answered our questions and then very efficiently took the order over the phone rather than having to return to the website. Delivery was on the agreed day and the driver called to let us know the time. I would not hesitate to use again
