I'd never heard of NE appliances before but decided to try them out. Opted for an all-day delivery slot then remembered I had an appointment between 9. - 9.45. Contacted them and they said that was no problem, they'd ask the men to deliver after 10.00. On the day of delivery I had a phone call at 8.20 to say they would be here at 10.00 and they were here promptly at 10.00. The men were quick and efficient and up till now everything is fine. However, I did email NE appliances with a general enquiry but I didn't get a reply to disappointed with that.
