We ordered a fridge freezer for vulnerable, elderly parents and paid extra to ensure delivery would be on a certain date during a certain time. It did not arrive. Attempts to contact ne appliances by telephone and by email were not answered. While the fridge freezer has now arrived, and is totally satisfactory, better customer service and communication was expected.
