Well what can I say, ordered online and deliverd between the times stated, delivery people very helpful and pleasant.
Had reason to call re one of the two items with my fridge freezer as did not know what it was for, Janye? and Chris went beyond their remit to resolve what the part was, not only did they resolve it they posted a picture of what it does.
If only more retailers operate the way you do the country would be a happier place.
