I contacted NE appliances due to bigger dealership letting me down. The personal contact with someone that actually cared about you as a customer was a breath of fresh air. The sales person was brilliant, no false promises or twisting the true situation regarding delivery. A solution is sought, you actually get a call back you end up with you want anyway.
