My ne appliance was excellent in every way. I'd ordered the wrong model, but they were back two days later with the appliance I'd meant to order. All 4 delivery men involved were lovely - friendly, helpful and cheerful, and the person who phoned me to arrange the delivery of the one I should have ordered was the same. I couldn't have asked for better service - especially as it was me who had made the initial mistake. My thanks to everyone involved.
