NE appliances have the most helpful staff whether in store or on the telephone, they really go the extra mile to make sure you get the best service. The staff in store were knowledgeable about their products when we were looking for a new freezer. It would be helpful if the items marked "in stock" meant they were available for delivery rather than they are with the supplier, we had quite a wait for the supplier to deliver to NE but that wasn't NE's fault.
