Extremely helpful customer service - there was a stock issue with what I ordered and I explained the urgency of my delivery situation I was offered ab alternative immediately. The delivery drivers were communicative on the day and although they suffered a puncture on their route, they let me know and delivered my fridge/freezer efficiently and professionally. All my interactions have been with friendly and helpful professionals. I am very pleased with the whole experience, especially as this is my first ever experience of purchasing a household appliance.
