Easy to order online. When the delivery couldn't be as I'd hoped they called me and arranged another day without fuss. They also offered a free installment as I had already organised the electrician. The cooker arrived bang on time and they contacted me before the delivery. Since this was for my elderly Mother I was really pleased it all went so well. Lovely cooker as well!!
