I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by NE from beginning to end. The guy in the store helped us decide on a washing machine and was so helpful and friendly. Then the two guys who delivered the washing machine were brilliant. They took away my 21 year old machine which was very heavy and fitted my new one into a very tight space. They even took the packaging away!! I am so pleased with my new Bosch washing machine!!
