Communication was very poor. Our delivery date was changed and we were not told about it. It was hard to get hold of anyone and when I did they were slow to explain or apologise. The 2nd delivery date was cancelled. When the cooker was eventually delivered, we were told it couldn't be installed by the delivery team, although we were expecting it to be installed because the website ordering system did not explain this properly. The only positive part of the whole experience was the fact that the delivery team were helpful and sympathetic, and apologised even though they were not at fault. There was a small dent in the side of the cooker. I would not use this company again.
