I bought a jacket a year ago and the zip failed. I thought that as I'd had it so long there would be nothing that could be done.
I reached out to customer service and the response was excellent, they arranged return of the jacket and a replacement as it couldn't be fixed. Brilliant business, goes above and beyond for their customers.
