I had to return my fleece for a smaller size and it was so easy, follow the instructions and take it to the Post Office. When it was on the way back I rang the company to discuss the shirts they sell. I spoke to a very helpfull employee and payed for two shirts which I have now received. These have been washed and ready to iron to wear. I have now received the fleece and it is the smaller medium size and fit a treat. The company is most efficient and compleats it task as it stated and very quickly
