I phoned New Forest Clothing after ordering what I thought were the right size trousers only to find they were to small. So I phoned to see if I could get the next size up....No problem said the man at the other end of the phone, he sent me a QR code for the return, packed the trousers up took them to my nearest post office armed with the QR code and Bob's your uncle all done free of charge. Received re-placement pair in three days. Happy days !
