I ordered a large belay smock as I had previously ordered large Talus jackets which fitted me perfectly.
The large Belay Smock was much too big for me. I initiated the New Forest Clothing return process asking to exchange the large for a medium.
The return process was completed without question and I was son in possession of the medium size which fits me perfectly. Thank you NFC.
