Always a great experience, easy site to order from, products arrive in double quick time. The Rewards scheme is brillant, very exciting when you realise that you have a voucher to put towards a purchase. Return system is really easy and the small fee applied for a return is quite acceptable, great that this is deducted from the refund rather than having to pay up front for a return. The offer to exchange or buy something else instead of a refund, with a discount, is a great idea too, very clever marketing.
