2nd time shopping with NFC, ordering and delivery great, had to exchange trousers and found the exchange to be excellent, fill in the form on line,received QR code, took to PO,item returned and replacement sent within 2 days- brilliant !
Only niggle is with description of goods having to troll through numerous reviews to find the small details that affect you. Could NFC do a 'summary' of the reviews {or do their own review] on the descriptions ? might save on the number of exchanges/returns
Otherwise very happy with NFC will probably buy from again
