My original Ridgeline smock purchased in September 2024 unfortunately suffered a broken zip I contacted New forest and in less than a day had a replacement on its way and postage pre paid for my faulty one to be returned so I was not without my smock at all which I wear every day on the farm . I Have purchased from New Forest many times the service they give is brilliant and Ibwiuld refined them to anyone .Thank you .
