My order wasn't quite right for what I wanted. I phoned the company and spoke to a lovely gentleman and within a few minutes he'd found a replacement and dealt with the exchange so he could post it there and then. Such amazing service cannot thank them enough as it's a present and wanted quickly..Big big thank you
