It's my first time using New Forest Clothing, but it won't be my last. The website is easy to use. Product info and pictures are really helpful. The product arrived quickly. There was a fault with the sleeve, and I also thought I should get the next size up, so I called the company. They were really helpful about using the returns procedure, and my replacement arrived really quickly. The whole experience with New Forest Clothing was excellent from start to finish and a beacon to how companies should be run.
