My experience was great, the jacket I ordered didn’t fit me how I wanted and so I was able to use the exchange function to get a different one without having to have that hassle of returning one then reordering another. This is going to make me purchase more as often I’m put off in case the product isn’t right for me and I have the faff of changing things but this was super easy and quick
