Dreadful after having to chase when my bed base was going to be delivered, I was lied to and told I had to wait another two weeks as they had tried to contact me to arrange (they definitely had NOT) then I was given a two hour time slot on the day of delivery. My bed was not delivered. I was informed someone would contact me to rearrange the delivery, that didn't happen either. I had to chase further. Terrible communication, and lie.
