Quick and friendly delivery...even offered to take it upstairs for me. Bed is great...feels solid and looks good. Instructions fairly straight forward. Only small thing I would say is took me a while to work out how to fit 2 sections together as instructions for that but didn't quite make sense to me. I got their in the end with not too much bitter though. Would definitely recommend
