My divan was delivered with damaged sliders( feet).
I contacted them and sent them a photo of damaged items.
I received an acknowledgement that my e mail would be dealt with.
I phoned next divan and was told that next divan do not deal directly with the customer, and I had to contact Amazon.
For good customer relations and service, the damaged items could have been replaced with very little cost.
I am very disappointed at next divan’s response, and I will be returning the bed as faulty.
I would not recommend buying a bed from this company.
