Appalling/non-existent customer service from this company.
We recently ordered a divan from Next Divan which was delivered promptly.
However, the divan collapsed within a week of it being used (by one person, only used for the purpose intended) so the quality of their products is clearly very poor.
Next Divan have refused to engage with us in any meaningful way, simply stating that the damage must be our fault and have not honoured their warranty in any way.
Appalling company, rubbish quality products - avoid like the plague.
