I am enjoying my smoothies made with half a frozen banana and some frozen mango. Yum! I am trying to lose weight or more accurately stop eating empty carbs at lunchtime, as this often seems to be the only type of food available. This is a filling drink and the flavour is just right. I have also noticed that I am not heading for the chocolate aisle/machine mid-afternoon. Think this is going to be very helpful!!
