Before I tried noisy guts super flora I had terrible IBS issues every day. I wanted to support an Australian business so have super flora a go and it’s changed my life. I have it in smoothies and add it to a healthy slice that I make. Can’t decide between the vanilla or the chocolate as they are both great!
