I bought a very expansive pair of trousers. It is really a nice and cosy feeling wearing them but on the very first day I had a hole because of an unsufficient stitching. I think with this attitude and pricing it just should not happen. I repaired it myself but many people are today no longer able. Everything else including service, logistics etc. was so good, that I give four stars, despite that negative experience.
