I recently bought a poncho from Noorlys (model 'Malia') at the Crymble store in Kiel (D) and after a few days the fabric frayed out in several places. The poncho looked nice, but the quality of the terry is really substandard. I have contacted both the store (Crymble) and the manufacturer Noorlys several times about this with explanations and photos but I don't get a response for a possible solution. So in addition to poor material quality, it is also a poor service from the store and from the manufacturer.
