I tried to reach out to customer service and never heard back. It took forever for my order to ship and I got no tracking updates. I wanted to cancel the order right after I made it but I could find no way to get in touch with the company. I still would like to return my order but this request for a review was the first communication I’ve received from North & Finch that isn’t a marketing email. If you guys see this, please reach out to me so I can return my order. Thank you.
