I believe in vitamins and Nutriburst gummies are excellent. I started them during an exceedingly stressful period last year Ashwaganda really helped with the stress and hair skin and nails worked wonders for my horrendous hair fall! Gummies are a gentle way to take vitamins and I continue to be nice to myself. Life is improving and so is my health. not cheap, but who can get to see a doctor nowadays. It's important to take care of yourself.
