I was pressured to sign on but my manuscript was not ready. After 15 days I cancelled to allow time to finish my book. No work was ever done. I paid an advance and they now will not reply to my requests for a refund. No explanation. Stay clear of this shady company and others who may press you to sign on. Unfortunate experience!
