My baby boomer uncle has had such an awful experience. Their "teams" for editing, marketing, etc. are all in sales. Nonstop phony, urgent needs requiring money for special deals were requested by people with heavy Indian accents and no last names. Anyway, he would decline and they simply would not complete what he had already paid for. He said no to paying thousands for "pre-orders" in an audio format. They dragged his job out hoping to get more money. They even mocked him saying, " What, you can't afford that one thousand dollars?" Work was sub-par and sophomoric at best. Awful people. Awful work
