I recently referred you to a family member and to my embarrassment,although they were told their order was shipped it was not. Then after calling customer service was told it would be sent on Friday it was not. Their money was held for weeks and then returned and taken from their account without notice again and then returned, in the end the order was never filled. This all transpired approximately a month. So while I am happy with your service I am not happy that I cannot share you with my love ones.
