This was my second order with Oasis Snacks. The first was great, fast shipping and no problems. This one, however, was not so great. To start out, my order was damaged right after it was picked up by FedEx. I waited 2 days and then reached out to Oasis Snacks to see what would happen.
They said that they normally wait until FedEx returns the damaged process and then send a replacement but that they would just send a replacement out ASAP as they did see the item was damaged on Fedex tracking and would send a new UPS tracking by the end of day. I waited about 3 or 4 more days and never received the new tracking so i called to get another update.
I was told that they never processed the replacement but would do so immediately and send a new tracking number. By the end of that day i did in fact get a new tracking number and my order was delivered about 2 days later.
I know this is something that happens, but it took about two weeks and 2 phone calls after placing my order to get my shipment. They do have great pricing and i am sure they are crazy with everything that is going on, but the customer service could be better.
