The customer service at Oasis Snacks is very poor. I placed an order at the end of December that was supposed to arrive in early January. Several weeks passed and the order never arrived and no tracking information was provided. When I contacted Oasis to resolve the issue, their solution was to refund the order or ship the order again. The order was re-shipped and tracking showed that it was delivered to my front door yet there was no package in front of my front door. This order was originally a birthday present for my granddaughter and her birthday was completely ruined by this order not arriving. This is terrible customer service. A company that cared about retaining their customers would have not only resent the items but also refunded the order amount for the major inconvenience and delay. I would definitely not order from this company again and I will also spread the word to my friends across the U.S. who have ordered from this company before to give their business to a company that actually cares about the customers and the customer experience.
